Terms of use
Last updated: 1 November 2026.
The service
- Accessly runs a free automated accessibility scan of one web page, shows its result, and runs a waitlist for planned paid tiers. 4mazing, Curitiba, Brazil, operates the service.
What the result means
- The scan lists technical accessibility failures found by automated tests against WCAG 2.1 level A and AA. Automated tests cover only part of WCAG. They can report a failure that is not real, or miss one that is.
- The result does not show whether a business meets the European Accessibility Act or any other law. We do not give legal advice.
Acceptable use
- Scan only public web pages, and use the scan as a normal visitor would.
- Do not try to get around the limits or the anti-abuse check, and do not send requests by automated means.
- Do not use the service to harm a website or its owner.
- Do not present a scan result as a statement that a website meets a law or a standard.
Site owners and our bot
- Our bot fetches one page per scan and respects robots.txt. How our scan works explains how to block it.
The full result
- Only a person with an email address at the site's domain gets the private link. Anyone who has the link can see and delete the result, so do not forward it.
No warranty
- We give the service free of charge and as it is. We do not promise that it is always available, or that its results are complete or correct.
Liability
- To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss that comes from the use of the service or of its results. This does not limit liability for intent or gross negligence, or for harm to life, body or health.
Your data
- The privacy policy explains how we process personal data.
Changes
- We can change or stop the service and these terms. When we change the terms, we change the date at the top of this page.
Law and contact
- Brazilian law applies. The courts of Curitiba, ParanĂ¡, Brazil, decide disputes, unless the law gives a consumer the right to a different court.
